open-end interviews.
Previous literature on concepts and theories surrounding the research topic
were analyzed and this gave rise to a conceptual framework that was vital in
understanding how spatial design is used to create collaborative spaces.
Recommendations for design under the concepts were provided in the
conclusion chapter and guidelines suggested for the design of innovation hubs.
