dc.description.abstractThis report entails information pertaining a field study that was carried from 10 th June 2018to 23rd June 2018 to the Albertine Graben area, South and East of the Lake Albert Basin. The respective target areas were Kichwamba and Kibuku in the Semliki basin. The topics of interest in this study were; the East African Rift System, drainage and drainage reversal, braided river systems, geophysical and etrophysical data interpretation, depositional environments, and facies analysis. The study involved a number of drives to the study area, group and individual exercises, lithologic logging as well as group presentations and discussions.en_US
