The inadequate art materials and its poor quality of paintings in Margaret trowel school of industrial and fine arts (MTSIFA)
Abstract
This study was conducted to solve the problems faced by oil painting students that resulted
to poor performance, lack of painting materials and tools and to find possible solutions for
the addressed problems at MTSIFA.
The study was centered on oil painting students, the researcher dealt with
1. Reasons why MTSIFA students lack painting materials and tools.
2. Causes of poor performance in painting at MTSIFA.
3. Establishing possible solutions to the above problems.
The research was carried out by use of qualitative methods; in this case the researcher
used questionnaires, observation and photographic illustrations.
CHAPTER ONE
The study was about introduction, back ground of the study, statement of the problem,
scope of the study, purpose of the study, specific objectives of the study, research
questions, significance of the study and time scope.
CHAPTER TWO
This chapter reviews the introduction, general overview of related literature, inadequacy of
oil painting materials and tools at MTSIFA, causes of poor performance in oil painting,
solutions to the above problems.
CHAPTER THREE
This chapter gave the structure of the research design where methods of sampling and data
collection.
CHAPTER FOUR
Here the researcher dealt with data analysis where results were collected which included
visual, photographic interpretation and descriptive from the research that was carried out
by the researcher and directly gives information that will throw light on research problem
or the main objective and questions. The introduction reviews the status quo as
understood by the research for the give problems. This section gives data collection from
each objective; it should mention which data collection methods and data collection
instrument used for each data objective.
