This is an Electronic Crime Reporting System software which is well accessible to the general public and the Uganda police. The major problem this system is solving is delay in reporting crimes as the issue of reporting crime has been a challenge especially in the cities like Kampala, Gulu, Jinja, Mbarara due to the fact that sometimes crimes are committed mainly at night when most police stations are far from the crime scene. Thus letting the culprit escape before the crimes are reported. This has become one of the biggest problems to the Uganda Police in managing and keeping law and order for the general public. It has also made the general public to lose interest in reporting crimes. Therefore we have come up with this system so that people can report crimes at anytime from anywhere within the city of Kampala and hopefully other cities as well.en_US
