Out system consists of two mobile applications, one for the end user termed as "Look Out Mobile" and the other for the service providers such as police and ambulance termed "Lookout Service". The mobile application enables the user to record and upload evidence and register a crime. The mobile app also allows the users to trigger an alarm which will alert the police and neighbours in the area where the victim is currently located. The app also creates a management dashboard for the admins to keep track of all cases reported and emergency alarms triggered. This will provide a step-by-step guide on how to use the mobile application and explain functionality of the components on the app. The Lookout system aims to provide quick response in emergency situations through sharing location of the victims with the Police and Ambulance services and also recording real time information of an incident that can be used as evidence during crime reporting.en_US
