dc.description.abstractAutomatic Sever Room Environmental Monitoring and Control System will be an embedded realtime monitoring and control system for monitoring environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, smoke, and dust in the sever room remotely by administrators via a web application. The system will provide a visualization of the monitored conditions, make alerts to the administrators of any abnormalities such as temperature increase beyond recommended thresholds and allow control of these conditions such as automatic switching on/off, between or adjusting air conditioner units. The main objective of the system is to provide a robust and flexible monitoring solution that will allow organizations maintain a high level of functionality while at the same time cutting monitoring and maintenance costs.en_US
