Abstract
The study aimed at exploring the production and performance of female sculpture students at Margret trowel school of industrial and fine art.
The specific research problem of the study was to investigate why there seems to be low standard and poor and poor quality production and performance of second year female sculpture students of which their cause are still unknown so, a research was done about it at Margret Trowel School of industrial and fine Art.
This therefore intended to provide a proper documentation of all the steps taken in order to come with practical solutions and how to improve their productions and performances. The study was guided by the following objectives;
i. To find out the production and performance of second year female sculpture students at Margaret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Art.
ii. To find out the causes of low standard and poor-quality production and performance of second year female sculpture students at Margaret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Art.
iii. To find out the solutions or requirements needed to improve production and quality of secondary second year female sculpture students at Margaret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Art.
The research used quantitative, qualitative and purposive methods. The population samples were the female sculpture students of Margaret trowel school of industrial and fine art. Some of them were the respondents and were to be interviewed and also given questioners which were to be later collected after being filled.
The researcher used the interview guides, questionnaires and direct observation guided by observation check lists which were applied as data collection methods.
