Existing M&E systems have been plagued with ease of manipulation because they have been based off of facts collected by a few individuals. To prevent this, we devised a means for the collected data to be collected without external or internal influence to better service delivery. Data is collected and run against key performance indicators that have been specifically tailored to meet the needs and concerns of the general public. Many of the individuals responsible take for granted M&E because they dictate the data that reaches the evaluators. To curb this, data is directly provided to the responsible party without interference from the individuals being monitored. Also, the individuals providing the data will have their anonymity protected when providing this information. The conclusion of this study is that services provided will greatly improve the livelihood of the general public as wellen_US
